Muay Thai Beginner: 60 minutes Equipment Required: Hand Wraps, 16 oz. Gloves, Mouth Piece, Shin Guards, Head Gear, Muay Thai Shorts, Protective Cup Muay Thai is the striking art of “8 Weapons”. Muay Thai class teaches punches, kicks, knees and elbows. The class is taught mainly in the ring using partner work, defense drills, pad work and sparring. Muay Thai is a very effective form of self defense as well as a competitive sport and incredible workout.
