Kickboxing is a great cardio workout that is designed to work for everyone! This high energy workout will teach you proper technique, tone your body, increase flexibility, decrease fat and relieve stress while you burn an average of 700 calories per class. Kickboxing class consists of a 10 minute warm-up and stretching, several rounds of kickboxing combinations on a 6 foot heavy bag and 10 minutes of abdominal exercises.
