How much does it cost to become a member of the School of Hard Knox?
The first class is FREE! After the first class, we will discuss your membership options because there are several types of memberships available. You are not obligated to become a member after your free trial class.
Do you have kid’s classes?
Yes! Kid’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kid’s Wrestling Classes are available. Personal/small group training is also available in Kickboxing, Core strength/conditioning, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Cross Training and More!
Do I have to compete to train at the School of Hard Knox?
No. We offer classes that cater to the beginner up to the professional athlete.
Are your instructors qualified to teach martial arts?
Yes! We have brought together a team of instructors who are the top of the food chain in their individual disciplines. Complete instructor bio’s are located in the Instructor section of the website.
Is there a discount for families?
Yes. We offer family discounts as well as student, police and fire discounts. Corporate memberships are available.
I have never worked out before, are there any classes for me?
Yes. Our instructors will teach you everything and will pace the workout for you.
How do I become a School of Hard Knox Fighter?
To become a School of Hard Knox Fighter you will need to fill out a fighter application, bring a negative test result for HIV and Hepatitis and get approval from the Head Coach. School of Hard Knox will not allow anyone to fight without adequate training and conditioning.
How many times can I take class per week?
As many as you want! There is no limit to the number of classes you can attend.
Do I have to take classes to be a member?
No. The School of Hard Knox has a fully equipped weight room/cardio machines as well as personal training available.
Is there a drop in fee if I only want to train 1 day?
Yes. A one day drop in fee is $20.
Where do I get equipment?
The School of Hard Knox will provide you with loaner equipment for your trial class. The School of Hard Knox also has a complete pro shop with all your equipment needs.
Is there a shower at the School of Hard Knox?
Yes.
